I had the privilege of celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Lugarno Lions Club. This milestone is a testament to our enduring spirit and commitment to the community.
We were honored to be in the company of 185 distinguished guests, including Members of Parliament, Councillors from the Goerge River Council, fellow Lions, and many dear friends. The impressive turnout highlights the Lugarno Lions Club’s significant impact on our community over the last fifty years.
Since its founding, the Lugarno Club has raised over $3 million for the Australian community. This remarkable achievement reflects the hard work, generosity, and dedication of the members.
Their commitment shone through once more with a $30,000 donation to St George Hospital, a contribution that will undoubtedly make a profound difference in many lives.
